不適合懶得剪片的用戶

使用 GoPro 時，我習慣直接錄幾十分鐘的長鏡頭素材。它的使用邏輯和手機完全不同——手機是隨手拿起來、轉轉鏡頭、拍張照片留個紀念；而運動相機的玩法是：把錄好的影片傳到手機或電腦上，剪掉不要的部分，再認真做一輪後製，最後剪出一支有想法、有質感的創意影片。
然而，隨著智慧型手機與剪輯 App 的全面普及，「非得靠高性能電腦才能剪片」的時代早已過去。反倒是用電腦處理 GoPro 影片的流程，顯得愈來愈繁瑣。
GoPro 自帶的原生軟體「GoPro Quick」，對比 Insta360 APP，操作體驗真的非常一般。儘管 Quik 的自動剪輯功能能快速生成短片，但對拍片素材的門檻要求更高 —— 一旦影片畫質不好、內容雜亂或拍攝角度單一，自動生成的影片完全不能用。麻煩的是，在處理高解析度影片或大量素材時，GoPro Quik 常常會出現卡頓、崩潰或載入緩慢的問題，在中低階手機或儲存空間不足的設備上尤為嚴重。這不只嚴重拖累後製體驗，甚至可能造成操作中斷、素材遺失的風險。
相比之下，Insta360 與 DJI 的官方 App 穩定性明顯更好，幾乎不存在上述問題。尤其是 Insta360 App，實用性極強——我自己最常用的是「AI 精華助手 + 一鍵成片」功能；就連用 GoPro 拍攝的影片，我也經常會導入這款 App 來進行後製處理。
對新手不夠友好
現今 Insta360、DJI 的運動相機已全面支援語音控制、手勢開拍等便捷操作，對比之下 GoPro 仍僅能依賴實體按鍵操作；加上機身螢幕尺寸偏小，雖操作介面走簡潔路線，功能布局卻缺乏直觀性，整體操作體驗大打折扣，GoPro的按鍵也非常難按。

只適合極限運動

Because of this, GoPro has always focused on extreme action scenes; it's almost fair to say that without shooting dynamic footage, it struggles to realize its core strengths.
Skiing, cycling, motorcycling, skateboarding, diving, mountaineering… Do you also love these outdoor sports? I bought my first GoPro precisely because of my passion for various outdoor activities. After browsing the cool extreme sports videos on GoPro's official Instagram and YouTube channels, I didn't hesitate to buy it, hoping to use it to record my own sporting moments. Admittedly, GoPro action cameras do have impressive features, such as up to 13x slow-motion recording;After I actually got my hands on it, I realized that I had never actually used many of its features.
On the contrary, when skiing, I prioritize Insta360 X5 and DJI Osmo 360 to shoot panoramic videos, and for daily vlog shooting, I switch to GO 3S or GO Ultra. For diving, I directly use Ace Pro 2. It is obvious that the selection of action cameras that can replace GoPro is becoming more and more abundant.

While GoPro's ultra-wide-angle lens is great for shooting large scenes with its incredibly wide field of view, its drawbacks are also quite obvious— It's difficult to highlight the main subject in a picture. For example, when shooting a close-up portrait, the person looks small and lacks detail.In addition, it has a fixed focus design, so it is impossible to achieve the effect of blurry background and prominent subject, which greatly reduces creative flexibility.
As for its photography capabilities, to be honest, GoPro is really mediocre, far inferior to its competitors, smartphones, and professional cameras. Exposure and focus are practically unadjustable; even the flagship model lacks time-lapse photography and night mode. In conclusion, GoPro is better suited for shooting action videos; its photography features feel more like a filler.
